Doaz Corporation (the “Company”) collects and uses the personal information of users in the course of operating its website (doaz.ai) as set out below.

1. Information collected and purpose of use

Inquiries: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the content of the inquiry — collected in order to respond to and follow up on the inquiry.
Access logs: IP address, browser information, and time of visit — collected for statistical analysis (Google Analytics 4) and service improvement.

2. Retention and use period

Information submitted through an inquiry is retained for one year after the response has been completed and is then destroyed. Where retention is required under applicable law, the information is retained for the period prescribed by that law.

3. Processing entrustment and overseas transfer

For statistical analysis we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC (United States); in the course of this, access logs may be transferred to the United States. IP addresses are anonymized (anonymize_ip).
For inquiry notifications and confirmation emails we may use the email service of Resend Inc. (United States).

4. User rights

Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information. Requests are received at doaz@doaz.ai and are answered within 10 business days.
