Doaz Corporation (the “Company”) collects and uses the personal information of users in the course of operating its website (doaz.ai) as set out below.

1. Information collected and purpose of use

  • Inquiries: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the content of the inquiry — collected in order to respond to and follow up on the inquiry.
  • Visit statistics: page path, referring domain, device category, and time on page — collected to improve the service. Collected on our own servers without cookies. IP addresses and browser information are never stored; they are used only to derive a single-use anonymous hash for de-duplicating visits and are discarded immediately. The hash is regenerated daily, so long-term tracking is not possible.

2. Retention and use period

  • Information submitted through an inquiry is retained for one year after the response has been completed and is then destroyed. Where retention is required under applicable law, the information is retained for the period prescribed by that law.

3. Processing entrustment and overseas transfer

  • Visit statistics are stored in infrastructure we operate ourselves and are not sent to any third-party analytics service such as Google Analytics. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, no statistics are collected.
  • For inquiry notifications and confirmation emails we may use the email service of Resend Inc. (United States).

4. User rights

  • Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information. Requests are received at doaz@doaz.ai and are answered within 10 business days.
